小儿淋巴管瘤治疗体会(附118例报告)

目的：探讨小儿淋巴管瘤临床治疗方法。方法：对我院１１８例淋巴管瘤进行随访，分析其病因、好发部位、治疗方法，并发症防治。结果：本组获随访８２例，７６例完全治愈，局部无功能障碍，小儿生长发育良好，手术优良率为９２％，复发率为６％，死亡率为０．８％。结论：小儿淋巴管瘤应予尽早治疗，以手术治疗为主，效果满意。淋巴管瘤常呈浸润生长，包绕重要血管和神经，手术要细致，避免发生并发症。

AN INVESTIGATION OF TREATMENT FOR INFANT LYMPHANGIOMA (ATTACHED WITH 118 CASE REPORTS)

Objective:To search for new treatment of infant lymphangioma Methods:Investigations were conducted on the causes,locations of frequent occurrence,treatment and complication of 118 cases of infant lymphangioma Result:of the 82 follow up cases,76 have recovered completely and grown healthily without any malfunction The curative rate was 92%while reoccurrence rate was 6% and mortality rate 0 8% Conclusion:Chidren with infant lymphangioma should be treated mainly with operation as early as possible As lyphangioma usually wraps up the important blood vessels and nerve,operation should be performed with great care to avoid postoperative complications
