PFIA法测定450例癫痫患者丙戊酸钠的血药浓度

目的通过PFIA法(荧光偏振免疫分析法)测定丙戊酸钠的血药浓度,探讨丙戊酸钠临床上的合理应用。方法以PFIA法测定450例癫痫患者的丙戊酸钠的血药浓度。结果450例丙戊酸钠血药浓度的监测结果中,在50~100μg.mL-1治疗窗口的有266例(59.11%),<50μg.mL-1有150例(33.33%),>100μg.mL-1有34例(7.55%);丙戊酸钠治疗的总有效率为80.00%。结论丙戊酸钠的血药浓度存在个体差异大,用药期间定期监测血药浓度对提高疗效以及确保患者用药安全具有重要意义。

450 cases of serum concentration of sodium valproate determined by PFIA

OBJECTIVE The serum concentration of sodium valproate was determined by polarization fluorescence immunoassay(PFIA) to discuss the reasonable application of sodium valproate in clinic.METHODS The serum concentration of sodium valproate was determined by PFIA in 450 epileptic patients′ cases.RESULTS The results showed that the serum concentration of sodium valproate in 450 cases,which were 266 cases(59.11%)in 50~100μg·mg-1 therapeutic window,while 150 cases(33.33%)in <50μg·mg-1 and 34(7.55%)in >100μg·mg-1;The total efficiency of sodium valproate treatment was 80.00%.CONCLUSION There was a great individual difference in the serum concentration of sodium valproate,periodic monitored the serum concentration during the treatment has important significance for improving the curative effect and ensuring the patients′ medication safety.
