普米克令舒雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染

摘    要:目的:观察普米克令舒(布地奈德)雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效。方法:将60例肺炎支原体(MP)感染患儿随机分成两组,治疗组30例,给予阿奇霉素口服加普米克令舒雾化吸入;对照组30例,单用阿奇霉素口服治疗。用药前后检测嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)、白介素4(IL4)、总IgE(T—IgE)。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),治疗组临床症状消失时间较对照组显著缩短(P〈0.01)。治疗组治疗后EOS、IL-4有明显下降,T—IgE水平基本无变化。对照组治疗后ESO、IL4、T—IgE均无明显变化,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论:普米克令舒雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染疗效优于单纯抗炎治疗。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the efficacy of Pulmicort aerosol inhalation in adjuvant treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia (MP). Methods:Sixty children with MP were randomized into a treatment group with oral Azithromycin associated with inhalation of Pulmieort and a control group with Azithromycin alone. Serum eosimophil, interleukin-4, and total IgE were determined before and after administrations. Results:The treatment group had better outcomes than the control one ( P 〈 0.01 ). The disappearing time of clinical symptoms was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 01). In the treatment group, serum eosimophil and interleukin-4 levels markedly decreased and total IgE remained the same, while in the control group these clinical indexes did not improve. Significant difference was found between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Aerosol inhalation with Pulmicort in adjuvant therapy of MP holds better clinical outcomes than simple anti-inflammation treatment does.
