| 摘 要： | 制备大量的具有显著抗肿瘤活性的ＬＡＫ细胞是确保ＩＬ－２／ＬＡＫ疗法发挥抗肿瘤作用的前提。本文介绍增强ＬＡＫ活性和ＬＡＫ数量的有效的制备方法。ＩＬ－２的诱导剂量、不同材料（脾细胞、淋巴结细胞、外周血淋巴细胞、胸腺细胞等）的ＬＡＫ产生的时间动力学及多种ＬＡＫ细胞增强剂的协同应用，从而获得高效价和大数量的ＬＡＫ细胞。

| Abstract: | Preparation of a large number of LAK cells possessing
remarkable antineoplasticactivity is the premise to eusure the antineoplastic effect of the
IL-2/LAK method. Here are in-troduced the effective preparatory method for strengthening LAK
activity and increasing the number of LAK cells, such as the induction dose of IL-2,time
dynamics of developing LAK cellswith different materials including splenocytes,lymphocytes of
lymph nodes,lymphocytes of theperipheral blood,thymocytes, etc.,as well as the synergistic
action of various enhancers of LAKcells.Thereby high value and a large amount of LAK cells
are obtained. |
