| 摘 要： | 目的探讨从实验大鼠体内连续取血的适宜方法。方法使大鼠自然运动使毛细血管充血,消毒后断尾取血。结果在在整个采血过程中,大鼠比较平静,所取血液无溶血现象发生。结论此法简单、经济、实用,可保证采到足量的血,又可分次连续取血,建议进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide a simple, dependable and accurate method for sequential blood collection of rats.Methods The experimental rats were made to move freely to make the capillary of rats hyperemia. After they were sterilized, their tails were cut down and for collection of blood. Results The rat were treated kindly,so the procedure was simple and quick.Conclusion The advantages of this method is simple, economic and practical.Using this method,we can collect sequential and enough blood and provide a convenient method for experiment. |
