| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内窥镜在视神经管减压术中应用的可能性.方法对12例视神经损伤的病人进行视神经管减压术.结果12例病人中9例视力均有不同程度提高,分别从术前光感、0.02、光感、手动、光感、无光感、手动、光感、手动提高到术后0.2、0.3、0.25、0.3、0.2、0.15、0.4、0.25、0.3.3例无效(外伤时间超过5天).结论经鼻内镜视神经管减压术损伤小,并发症少,是治疗视神经损伤的较好方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility of nasal endoscopic approach technique in optic canal decompression.Methods Twelve patients with optic trauma were treated by nasal endoscopic sphenoethmoidal approach for optic canal decompression.Results The optic improvement was in 9 cases,no effect in 3 cases.The reason of no effect was long time after trauma(over 5 days).Conclusion The nasal endoscopic sphenoidal technique for optic decompression have advantages of simple and minitraumatic approach,that is one of favorable of optic canal decompression. |
