生物磷酸钙生物相容性的实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究生物磷酸钙的骨组织生物相容性。方法 将人成骨细胞和生物磷酸钙复合培养,检测细胞增殖指数和碱性磷酸酶活性。结果 生物磷酸钙对人成骨细胞的碱性磷酸酶活性和增殖指数无抑制效应,而对细胞的增殖有一定的促进作用。结论 生物磷酸钙具有良好的骨组织相容性。

Abstract:Objective To study the biocomp atibility of biological calcium phosphate (BCP) Methods Human osteoblasts were cultured with BCP. Prolife ration and alkaline phosphatase activity were measured. Results No inhibition of cellular proliferation and ALP activ ity of osteoblasts was observed when cultured with BCP. In contrast, BCP had abi lity of stimulating osteoblast proliferation.Conclusion BCP has good biocompatibility with human osteoblastsin in vitro c ulture. There is no inhibition of BCP material to the attachment, proliferation and differantiation of human osteoblasts.
