综合科与精神科临床护士心理健康状况调查分析

目的:了解温州地区综合医院与精神病专科医院临床护士心理健康状况。方法:采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及防御方式问卷(DSQ)对温州市区及周边地区7家医院183名护士进行测评。结果:各医院临床护士在SAS、SDS、DSQ心理测评中各项目因子分比较差异无显著性:在SCL-90测评中,临床护理人员在强迫、人际关系因子分优于一般人群,余项因子与一般人群相比无差异;综合医院临床护士在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性7项因子得分以及总分显著高于精神科护士,其余项目则无差异。结论:精神科护士心理健康状况优于综合医院临床护士。

Investigation and analysis of psychological health in general hospital and mental hospital nurses

Objective: To investigate the psychological health of nurses in general hospital and mental hospital of Wenzhou.Method: 98 general hospital nurses and 85 mental hospital nurses were investigated by the scale(Scl-90,SDS,SAS) and the scale DSQ(Defense Style Questionnaire).Result: There was no significand difference of all the nurses in SAS,SDS,DSQ.The mental hospital nurses were superior to the general hospital nurses in Obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoidideation,psychoticism items.There was no significant difference in else items.Conclusion: The mental hospital nurses are superior to the general hospital nurses in psychological health.
