| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的手术配合。方法对112例腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床资料及护理配合进行回顾分析。结果112例均在腹腔镜下完成手术，无中转开腹手术，无并发症发生，所有患者均痊愈出院。结论手术护士熟练使用仪器、注意无菌操作、术中术前及术后仔细观察是手术成功的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing care in peritoneoscopy treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 112 cases of ectopic pregnancy receiving peritoneoscopy. Results The operations were successful in all the cases, No complication occurred and no case changed to laparotomy, All the cases were cured. Conclusion The operation nurses should be skilled in using the instruments and can operate according to aseptic procedures, in addition, they should keep the patients under attentive observation to ensure success of operations. |
