正常血压子痫21例临床分析

目的 :探讨正常血压子痫的共同临床特征和结局 ,并提出如何提高此种类型子痫的临床诊断及防治对策。方法 :对 2 1例正常血压子痫病例进行临床及实验室结果的回顾性分析。结果 :2 1例子痫中抽搐前血压均正常 ,但抽搐前半数以上的病例有自觉症状 (12例 )、高血粘度 (16例 )、蛋白尿 (16例 )、水肿 (12例 )。结论 :对血压正常的孕产妇 ,不能完全排除妊高征的可能

Clinical Analysis of 21 Cases of Eclampsia with Normal Blood Pressure

Objectives:To study the clinical characteristics and outcome of eclampsia with normal BP(Blood pressure)in order to improve the clinical diagnosis rate of this type and to propose preventive and therapeutics measure.Methods: A total of 21 patients with eclampsia of normal BP were retrospectively analyzed.Results: BP of 21 patients was normal before eclampsia,so the misdiagnosis rate was high.When eclampsia took place,blood pressure of most patients was significantly higher than normal blood pressure(>=150/100 mmHg).More than 50% patients (12 cases) complainted subjective symptom.The prevalence of edema,proteinuria, and high blood viscosity was 12,16 and 16,separatively before eclampsia.Conclusions: Preeclampsia can happen in the pregnant women with normal blood pressure.Combining the subjective symptom,blood viscosity,and blood pressure ,eclampsia should be considered firstly once convulsion happened.
