| 摘 要： | 目的观察EGF对大鼠真皮成纤维细胞增殖活性的影响。方法将传代培养的第3代大鼠真皮成纤维细胞(FB)以含有新生牛血清的DMEM培养基进行培养,当细胞培养至对数生长期时,分别改用添加有不同浓度EGF的培养液继续培养,以MTT法测定细胞增殖活性。结果在培养液中添加不同浓度的EGF,FB的增殖活性均有不同程度的增加。结论EGF对体外培养大鼠真皮成纤维细胞的增殖具有促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of EGF on rat dermal fibroblasts in vitro. Method Rat dermal fibroblasts were isolated and cultured with DMEM medium contained new bovine serum. The effect of EGF on the third generation rat dermal fibroblasts was evaluated by MTT assay. Results When the EGF concentration was above 5ng/ml, the numbers of cultured fibroblasts increased markedly. The peak concentration of this effect was 15ng/ml. Conclusion EGF had the promotional effects on proliferation of the rat dermal fibroblasts in vitro. |
