金属烤瓷联冠固定老年人松动牙的临床体会

目的对老年人松动牙齿运用金属烤瓷联冠进行固定,观察其临床效果。方法利用患牙两侧健康牙齿做基牙,制作金属烤瓷联冠形成牙周夹板,分散颌力,减轻单个牙齿牙周组织的负荷。结果33例修复体通过3年、4年随访结果成功率分别为96.8%、87.5%。结论选择适应症,对老年人松动牙齿运用金属烤瓷联冠进行固定修复可取得满意的临床效果。

The Clinical Application of the Porcelain Fused Metal Continuous Crowns for the Stabilization of Loose Teeth in the Elderly

Objective To fix the elderly loose teeth by the porcelain fused metal continuous crowns and observe its clinical effect. Methods Based on healthy teeth near the unhealthy tooth, we made the porcelain fused mental continuous crowns to form the eriodontal splint in order to scatter the occlusal force and reduce the burden of periodontal tissue. Results The successful rates of 33 prosthesises were 96.8%, 87.5% after 3 or 4-year-follow-up. Conclusion It is effective to select the adaptative indication for restoring the elderly loose tooth by the percelain fused mental continuous crown.
