^131I治疗青少年分化型甲状腺癌的临床分析

目的探讨131I治疗青少年分化型甲状腺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年3月收治的19例青少年分化型甲状腺癌患者的临床资料及随访结果。其中男4例,女15例。乳头状癌17例,滤泡状癌1例,混合癌1例。12例患者行双侧甲状腺全切术,6例患者行甲状腺次全切术,1例患者行单叶切除,所有患者均进行131I治疗,并进行随访。结果 19例患者中完全缓解5例,部分缓解12例,复发及进展2例。常见不良反应有恶心,呕吐及白细胞下降等。结论 131I治疗青少年分化型甲状腺癌是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of ^131I in treatment of adolescents with differentiated thyroid carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the characteristics and the effects of the 131I therapy in the children and adolescents with differentiated thyroid carcinoma（DTC）.Methods The clinical and follow up data of 19 patients with DTC who received initial 131 I treatment between January 2008 to March 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.There were 4 males and 15 females.17 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma,1 with follicular thyroid carcinoma and 1 with mixed thyroid carcinoma.12 patients had a total thyroidectomy,6 had subtotal thyroidectomy,1 had lobectomy.All patients received 131I therapy and follow-up.Results Totally 5 patients were complete remission,12 patients were partial remission and 2 progressed.Common adverse reactions are nausea,vomiting and leukopenia and so on.Conclusions 131 I therapy is an effective and safe method for young patients with DTC.
