五氯酚钠对湖北钉螺脑神经节胆碱酯酶的影响

摘    要:为了阐明灭螺剂的作用机制,用Karnorvsky-Root法(1964)经改良的EL-Badawi(1967)法研究了湖北钉螺脑神经节中胆碱酯酶(ChE)分布以及经五氯酚钠处理后酶活性的改变。研究结果证实ChE主要分布于纤维鞘和神经纤维网,神经细胞仅显示低活性。经0.02g/L五氯酚钠浸杀后,钉螺脑神经节中ChE活性明显降低,随作用时间的延长,酶活性逐渐丧失。推测钉螺中枢神经系统的ChE可能是灭螺剂五氯酚钠的作用靶。

Abstract:In order to clarify the mechanism of mollucacide,the distribution of ChE and the change of enzymatic activity of CNS of Oncomelania hupensis by the soak in sodium pen tachlorophenate (NaPcP),effect of NaPcP on cerebral ganglion O.hupensis were studied with the method of Karnorvsky-Root (1964) with modification by EL-Badawi (1967).It was first verified that the fibrous sheath and neuropil contained more marked ChE,but neurones contained less ChE.The enzymatic activity of cerebral ganglia was reduced obviously by the soak of 0.02 g/L NaPcP,as the soaking time was prologned,the enzymatic activity was gradually lost.It was speculated that ChE in the central nervous system of Oncomelania hu pensis may be the target for NaPcP in snail-killing process.
