| 摘 要： | 目的 研究带状疱疹脑炎 (HZAE)的临床表现及脑脊液 (CSF)特点。方法 对 7例HZAE患者的临床表现及CSF检查进行回顾性分析。结果 本组HZAE临床表现无特异性 ,其中典型皮疹、多脑神经损害为相对特征的临床表现 ,CSF细胞学表现淋巴样细胞反应 ,未见红细胞。结论 HZAE是一种临床少见的病毒性脑炎 ,CSF检查及相对特征的临床表现对本病的诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) characteristics of herpes zoster-associated encephalitis (HZAE).Methods To reviewe the clinical and CSF results of seven cases HZAE.Results In this group,no specific clinical manifestation had been found in HAZE cases,but typical rash and multi-damage of cranial nerves were comparatively special clinical manifestation.Lymphoid cells can be seen in CSF but,red cells were rare in those.Conclusion HZAE is a rare sort of viral encephalitis,which clinical manifestation an CSF results have and important role to diagnosis. |
