臭氧治疗细菌性阴道炎临床疗效分析

目的：探讨臭氧治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床治疗效果。方法将160例细菌性阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例,对照组每晚阴道内置入甲硝唑阴道泡腾片1粒（200 mg/粒）,治疗组在对照组基础上用6 mg/L的臭氧水,作阴道冲洗5 min,1次/d,连续7 d。观察临床效果和复发情况。结果治疗组痊愈64例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率为90.0%,对照组痊愈56例,有效6例,无效18例,总有效率为77.5%。两组结果对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论臭氧液对各种致病微生物有较强的杀灭作用,臭氧用细菌性阴道炎的治疗,治愈率高,复发率低,值得临床应用广泛应用。

Therapeutic effect analysis of ozone in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical therapeutic effect of ozone in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.MethodsDivided 160 cases of bacterial vaginosis into treatment group and control group, 80 cases in each group, control group vaginal placed Metronidazole Vaginal Effervescent Tablets 1 grain （200 mg/grain） every night, treatment group on the basisi of control group for ozone water 6 mg/L, vaginal douche for 5 min, 1 time/ for 7 days. observed the clinical effect and recurrence.ResultsTreatment group 64 cases were cured, 8 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 90%, control group 56 cases were cured, 6 cases effective, 18 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.5%. Differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ConclusionOzone solution has strong killing effect on various kinds of pathogenic microorganisms, and it also has high cure rate, low recurrence rate in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis, so itshould be widely used in clinical application.
