孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗难治性哮喘的疗效观察

目的探讨使用孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗难治性支气管哮喘的疗效观察。方法将难治性支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组给予舒利迭治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗,观察比较两组的治疗效果和肺功能变化等情况。结果 12周后两组在总有效率、SSD、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC(%)、咳嗽症状评分和病员满意度等方面进行比较,P<0.05,观察组明显优于对照组。结论使用孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗难治性支气管哮喘,起效快、疗效佳、不良反应少、患者依从性高、改善患者肺功能和提高生活质量。

Clinical Observation for the Treatment of Refractory Asthma Using Montelukast Combined with Seretide

Objective Discussing the clinical observation for the treatment of refractory asthma using Montelukast combined with Seretide. Methods The refractory patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups, give the Seretide to the control group and at the same time give the Montelukast combined with Seretide to the observation group, finally compare the treatment effect, lung function change and so on of two groups. Results After 12 weeks, compare the total effective rate, SSD, FEV1%, FEV1/FVC（%）, cough symptom scores, the patients＇ satisfactory degree and so on of two groups, P〈0.05, the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusions The treatment of refractory asthma using Montelukast combined with Seretide has the advantages of rapid onset, good curative effect, fewer adverse reactions, patient high compliance, as well as improve the lung function of patients and also improve their life quality.
