| 摘 要： | 胰岛素是体内唯一的合成激素。胰岛素具有促进脂肪的生成,减少游离脂肪酸和酮体的生成,增加脂肪酸的转运;可以促进甘油三酯和极低密度脂蛋白的合成。胰岛素应用不足会导致胆囊炎患者发生胆囊坏死。

| Abstract: | Insulin is the only synthetic hormones in the body. Insulin can promote the formation of fat, reduce the formation of free fatty acids and ketone body and increase fatty acid transport; it also can promote the synthesis of triglyceride and lower density lipoprotein. Insufficient application of insulin can lead to the gallbladder necrosis in patients with cholecystitis. |
