| 摘 要： | 应用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ方法测定了３０例喉癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ＳＩＬ－ＺＲ）水平。结果表明：喉癌患者血清ＳＩＬ－ＺＲ水平明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）；与临床分期有关，病期越晚，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平越高；ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平超过１０００Ｕ／ｍｌ者，多预后不良；９例术后２～８月再次采血检验，６例无癌生存者ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），３例复发的患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ升高。提示：喉癌患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ的测定对预后判断和疗效观察有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The levels of serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL-2R)in 30 patients with laryngeal carcinoma was measured using a sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELLSA).The results were as follows:Serum sIL-2R level in patients was significantly highter than that of healthy controls(P<0.01);the levels of sIL-2R in patients correlated with clinical staging,and increased apparently with advanced stage of disease; most of the patients in whom the levels of sIL-2R was above 1000u/ml had a bad prognosis; among 9 patients tested a second time ranged form 2 to 8 months after operation,sIL-2R levels declined in 6 cases without evidence of disease(P<0.01),and elevated in 3 cases with local recurrence and metastasis.The study suggests that measurement of serum sIL-2R in patients with laryngeal carcimoma is useful for evaluationg the efficacy of treatment and prognosis. |
