螺旋CT对视神经管骨折检查的技术探讨

目的探讨螺旋CT检查对视神经管骨折的临床应用价值。方法对外伤性视神经患者24例行视神经管螺旋CT扫描,用骨算法重建,并对骨折的CT表现进行分析。结果有6例为双侧视神经管骨折,13例为单侧视神经管骨折,5例未发现骨折。其中视神经管内壁骨折7例,外壁骨折5例,视柱骨折2例,上壁骨折3例,下壁骨折2例。结论螺旋CT检查可显著地提高对视神经管骨折的检出率,为临床治疗方案提供可靠的影像诊断依据。

Exploration of Spiral CT Scan Technology in Optic Canal Fracture

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of spiral CT in the fracture of optic canal. Methods A total of 24 patients with optic nerve trauma were performed spiral CT scan and bone arithmetic reconstruction, all the CT appearances of fracture were analyzed. Results Six cases were double optic canal fracture, 13 cases were single optic canal fracture, while 5 cases did not find any fracture sign. Among them, 7 cases were optic canal inboard wall fracture, 5 cases with optic canal outboard wall fracture, 2 with visual cone fracture, 3 with upper wall fracture and 2 with down wall fracture. Conclusions Spiral CT scan technology can improve detection rate of optic canal fracture significantly, and dependable imaging diagnosis can be offered in clinical treatment.
