摘    要:目的:考察医院药心药匙及调剂人员手与医院感染的关系。找出控制污染的措施。方法:监测药房空气,调剂人员手和药匙在消毒与非消毒情况下的细菌污染,将污染菌作分类,鉴别,记数并进行统计分析。结果:空气,调剂人员手和药匙的污染菌符合医院感染的一般科室控制标准,污染菌以G^ 菌为主,多为正常寄生菌和条件致病菌。结论:消毒与否对菌落记数有显著差异(P<0.05),分别用75%乙醇,2%戊二醇,0.5%84消毒液均可达到很好的消毒效果。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the interelation betwwen drug spoons with pharmacists hands and the infection in hospital, and find out a control measure. Method: The bacterial infection in disinfection or without disinfection were campared by monitoring the air,hands and drug spoons in hospital pharmacy. The pollution bacteria were classificated, indentifiated, counted, and statistical analysised. Result: The amount of bacterial infection are up to the general standard of hospital infection on pharmacists'hands, drug spons, and the air of pharmacy. the main bacterial infections were gram positive bacteria, the normal parsaitic and condition pathogenic bacteria were the most. Conclusion: The amount of bacterial infections had marked difference between disinfect and without disinfect( P<0.05 ), the very good disinfectant effect could be obtained by 75% ethanol 2% glutaral, or 0.5% 84 disinfeccant.
