社区护士临床培训调查分析

目的：了解社区护士培训情况,为今后的社区护士培训提供参考。方法：按培训大纲要求对285名社区护士进行基本技术操作、社区急诊急救知识、疾病健康教育知识、消毒隔离相关知识培训,对护士进行继续培训需求调查。结果：培训后虽然合格率为100%,但由于社区护士年龄偏大、培训时间短、一些人不能完全脱产培训,培训过程中还存在问题,社区护士继续培训需求率高。结论：社区护理人才培养是一个长期过程,社区护士最好采用周期性的脱产系统化培训,不断提高培训质量。

Analysis and Investigation on Clinical Training of Community Nurses

Objective: To investigate the training condition of community nurses as a reference for the future training of community nurses.Methods: To train the 285 community nurses following the general training outline.The training content included basic technique operation,community emergency treatment knowledge,disease health education,disinfection and isolation knowledge etc.To investigate the continued demand of nurses.Results: The pass rate was 100%.However,as the community nurse's age was large and the training time was short,some of them were not able to get full-time training.The teachers lacked community nursing experience and there were still problems in the training.Conclusion: Bringing up the community nurses is a long process.It is better to use the seasonally full-time and systematic training and to strengthen the construction of qualified teacher's team to keep improving the training quality.
