输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管及肾盂结石(附107例报告)

目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术（URSL）治疗输尿管、肾盂结石的临床应用价值。方法总结107例输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管、肾盂结石患者的资料。结果107例患者中95例（其中肾盂结石3例，输尿管上段结石9例）一次碎石成功，成功率87％（95／107）；12例未成功（其中肾盂结石3例，输尿管上段结石3例），8例术后体外冲击波碎石术治疗成功，2个月内结名均排净。结论该方法安全，高效，损伤小。可作为输尿管结石的首选方法。

Treatment of ureteral or pelvis calculi by pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope

[objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope URSL in the treatment of ureteral or pelvis calculi methods.[Methods] A hundred and seven cases of ureteral or pelvis calculi were treated by ureteroscopic pneumtic lithotripsy.[Results] Lithotripsy was performed successfully on one session in 95 cases with a success rate of 87%(95/107).The operation were failure in 12 cases.8 cases was achieved with ESWL.Stones were entirely expelled within 2 months after the proledures.[Conculsion] With minimal invasion and pain,this procedure is safe and effective for ureteral calculi,being probably the treatment of first choice.
