36例心脏损伤救治的分析

目的：报告心脏损伤36例的诊治体会，旨在提高早期诊断和抢救水平。方法：病例根据外伤史、体表伤口、临床征象进行早期诊断，部分病例结合胸部X线、测定中心静脉压和心包穿刺确立诊断。全组中24例经手术治疗，22例直接送入手术室手术，2例收入病房进行术前准备后送入手术室。保守治疗12例均为闭合性损伤。结果：本组痊愈32例，治愈率89％，死亡4例，死亡率11％。结论：心脏损伤救治成功的关键在于早期明确诊断，快速急救。

THE EXPERIENCE OF DIAGNOSIS AND FIRST AID TREATMENT FOR TRAUMAS TO THE HEART: A REPORT OF 36 CASES.

Objectives:To report the experience of diagnosis and first aid treatment of cardia trauma,in 36 cases in order to improve the level of early diagnosis and first aid.Methods:The early diagnosis was obtained according to the history of trauma and the wound on the surface of body or the clinical signs.In some patients,Chest X-ray,the central vein pressure and pericardiocentesis were needed,24 cases underwent surgical treatment.penetrating wounds were found in 22 cases,nonpentrating injuries in 2cases,22 cases were sent to the operation room,2cases were sent to the operation room in some time on admission.Results:In this series32 cases cured(89%).4 cases died(11%).Conclusion:Early diagnosis and first aid treatment are important factors influencing emergency treatment of cardia trauma.
