硬膜外阻滞疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

目的探讨硬膜外阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法在病变明显压痛点的上或下一个椎间隙行硬膜外穿刺，成功后置入导管，注入15～20ml复合镇痛液，通过药物的药理作用及液体自身的物理作用，减轻椎间盘神经压迫及组织黏连，缓解水肿，从而治疗因腰椎间盘突出而引发的不良症状。结果治疗76例，治愈28例，好转48例。每人治疗1疗程（3～4次，1周1次），平均随访14个月。结论硬膜外阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有疗效确切、缓解率高的优点。

The effect of epidural block in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral discopathy

Objective Based on the anatomy and function of the epidural space and intervertebral cartilage,we use the method of epidural block to treat protrusion of lumbar intervertebral discopathy. Methods We puncture up or down the intervertebral space to identify pain or pressure by placing an extradural catheter into the extradural space and then injecting 15-20 ml combined analgesic. Results Seventy-six patients underwent this therapy,twenty-six patients had recovery,forty patients had alleviated symptoms,and no patients had infection. Each patient underwent a therapy cycle of three or four times per week (average fourteen months). Conclusions Using the method of epidural block is an effective method to treat protrusion of lumbar intervertebral discopathy.
