| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法（HPLC-ELSD）测定益气养血口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法采用AlltechC（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相：乙腈-水（38：62）;流18速：1.0mL·min^-1;检测器：AlltechELSD-2000。结果黄芪甲苷在1.656～4.968μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,回收率为99%（RSD=2.4,n=5）。结论本法结果准确可靠,有良好的精密度和重现性,可有效地测定益气养血口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Yiqiyangxue oral solution. Methods Alltech C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used with acetonitrile-water(38:62)as mobile phase, and flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 with a detector of Alltech ELSD-2000. Results Astragaloside Ⅳ had a good linear relation in the range of 1.656~4.968μg and the average recovery was 99% with RSD of 2.4%. Conclusion The method is good precision and reproducibility and the result is reliable and accurate. It can be used to examine astragaloside Ⅳ in Yiqiyangxue oral solution. |
