| 摘 要： | 对采自47头水牛肝胆管内的460条肝片形吸虫进行了染色体核型分析和减数分裂的观察.发现31头水牛的402条成虫染色体数目为二倍体(2n=20),属有性生殖型。另16头水牛的58条成虫染色体数目为三倍体(3n=30),属孤雌生殖型。未发现在同一头水牛内有两种核型的肝片形吸虫共存的现象.对有性生繁型(2n)的生殖细胞染色体第一次减数分裂过程各期形态作了观察。

| Abstract: | The diploid chromosome number of Fasciola hepatica was 20 in the sperma-togonium which consisted of five pairs of submetacentrics, four pairs of subte-locentrics and one pair of telocentric chromosomes. Observation on gametogenesis demonstrated that both the sperm and ovum showed haplody following the two successive meiotic divisions. |
