| 摘 要： | 对小儿罗库溴铵药代动力学的研究结果不尽相同,而罗库溴铵的药效学与小儿诸多因素相关.为满足术中肌松需要,可调整小儿插管剂量和给药方法,可与其他肌松药联合应用.多种因素可影响罗库溴铵对小儿的肌松作用.

| Abstract: | The results of study about pharmacokinetics of rocuronium in children were different in published reports.The tracheal intubation dose and the method of administration can be adjusted to achieve satisfied muscle relaxation.The combination of rocuronium and other muscular relaxant may be used.Many factors can influence the action of rocuronium. |
