| 摘 要： | 玉米须是禾本科玉蜀黍植物玉米（Zea mays L．）的花柱和柱头。它是我国传统的中药材，《中国药典》1977年收载。玉米全国均广泛栽培，主产北方各省，玉米须资源十分丰富。玉米须能利尿、泄热、平肝、利胆等，不仅“入阳明胃经”，而且归肾、肝、胆经。功能利水消肿，清肝利胆。目前临床上广泛用于高血压、肝炎、胆道结石、鼻炎、糖尿病及哮喘等多种疾病的治疗。现代药理研究证实玉米须有利尿、利胆、降血压、降血糖、抗癌、止血等作用。为进一步开发和利用玉米须资源，我们对玉米须的化学成分进行了系统研究，前文报道了从其脂溶性部位分离得到三萜和甾醇类成分，本文报道从其非脂溶性部位分离得到9个化合物。 |

| Abstract: | AIM： To study the chemical constituents of the style of Zea mays L. METHODS： The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS： Nine compounds were obtained and their structures were elucidated as β-sitosterol （1）, chrysoeriol （2）, chrysoeriol 6-C-β-boivinopyranosyl （3）, chrysoeriol 6-C-β-boivinopyranosyl-7-O-β-glucopyranoside （4）, ax-4″-OH-3′-methoxy-maysin （5） , p-coumaric acid （6）, vanillic acid （7）, aurantiamide acetate （8）, pseudolario acid E （9）. CONCLUSION： Compounds 2, 6-9 were isolated from the style of Zea mays L. for the first time. |
