| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响。方法将240例四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀的患者随机分为对照组121例和干预组119例,对照组术后采取抬高患肢及应用消肿、抗渗出的药物,干预组在此基础上进行术前宣教、术后加压包扎、持续冰敷及进行主动、被动功能锻炼等护理干预措施,比较两组患者肢体消肿时间。结果干预组患者肢体消肿时间明显短于对照组,两组比较,P0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论护理干预可以促进四肢骨折术后患者肿胀肢体的康复,有效减少并发症的发生。
