紫菜多糖对核酸,蛋白质生物合成和免疫功能的影响

摘    要:给小鼠ip150mg/kg紫菜多糖(Porphyra Polysaccharide简称PP),能促进小鼠血清蛋白质的生物台成,~3H-亮氨酸参入量为对照组的1.57倍。并有明显增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,如促进淋巴细胞转化,~3H-TdR参入量为对照组的2.02倍;~3H-UR参入量为对照组的1.28倍;增加血清溶血素含量,HC_(50)为对照组的3.64倍;增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能,吞噬百分数和吞噬指数分别为对照组的1.42倍和1.90倍;并能增强免疫器官重量,脾指数为空白对照组的1.65倍,与环磷酰胺合用组的脾指数为坏磷酰胺(Cy)对照组的1.79倍;对大鼠红细胞也有明显凝集作用,凝集率为45.82%。

Abstract:Porphyra polysaccharide (pp) had a promoting effect on biosynthesis of serum protein in mice, with a dose of 150 mg/kg, and the incorporation rate of ~3H-Leucine was 1.57 times as much as the control group. pp enhanced obviously the function of cellular and humoral immunity: it stimulated lymphocyte transformation, and the incorporation rates of ~3H-TdR and ~3H-UR were 2.02 and 1.28 times as much as the control group respectively. It increased the production of hemolysin in mice, and the HC_(50) was 3.64 times as much as the control group. It promoted the phagocytosis of the mice, and the phagocytic percent and phagocytic index were 1.42 and 1.90 times as much as the control group respectively, PP increased spleen and thymus weight of mice, and the spleen indexs were 1.65 and 1.79 times as much as the control group and the Cy group respectivey, PP also had a promotingeffect on the agglutination of red cells, and Ag% was 45.82%
