心房纤颤及高血压病C反应蛋白水平探讨

目的探讨冠心病心房纤颤及高血压病与血清C反应蛋白的关系。方法冠心病心房纤颤患者166例,高心压病患者220例,同期健康体检者157例,均低盐低脂饮食,早晨空腹抽血,采用速率散射比浊法,测定血清C反应蛋白的浓度。结果寇心病心房纤颤组及高血压病组与健康对照组间C反应蛋白水平差异经统计学处理差别有显著性(P<0.05)。结论炎症反应导致了冠脉血管一系例综合征的发生,C反应蛋白是炎症标志物,测定C反应蛋白水平可能预测冠心房纤颤及高血压病的发生。

Discussion of Relationship between C-reactive Protein and Atrial Fibrillation and Hypertension

Objective To discuss the relationship between C-reactive protein and coronary heart disease,atrial fibrillation and hypertension.Methods 166 cases were patients of coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation;220 cases were the patients of hypertension;157 persons who had physical examination proved to be healthy.All the people had lower salt and fat diet and exsanguinated with Limosis in the morning.To determine the strength of C-reactive protein using the way of turbidimetric method of speed dispersion.Results Comparing between the groups of coronary heart disease,atrial fibrillation and hypertension and group of health.There was significant difference of the strength of C-reactive protein between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The inflammatory reaction results in a lot of syndromes of coronary arteria.C-reactive protein is a symbol matter of inflammatory so we could diagnose the diseases of coronary heart disease ,atrial fibrillation and hypertension through testing the strength of C-reactive protein.
