| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方青黛丸联合复方氨肽素治疗进行期银屑病的疗效。方法：72例患者随机分为两组：治疗组内服复方青黛丸、复方氨肽素、维生素C，外用醋酸曲安奈德尿素软膏；对照组除不用复方青黛丸外，其余用药均与治疗组相同。连续2周为1疗程，治疗期间每周患者复诊1次。结果：2个疗程后治疗组和对照组痊愈率及总有效率比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：两者联合使用，疗效显著，是有安全、价廉、不良反应少的优势治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of compound qingdai pill and compound antaisu on active psoriasis.Methods:72 patients were randomly separated into two groups:observation group with oral administration of compound qingdai pill,compound antaisu and vitamin C,and external application of triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea ointment with continuous 2 weeks as a course;control group with the same treatment except for qingdai pill.Patients had return visit every week during treatment period.Results:Healing rate and total efficacy of observation group was significantly different from control group after 2 courses(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of compound qingdai pill and compound antaisu is effective,safe,economical and with little side effect. |
