振源胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭66例疗效观察

目的：应用振源胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭（心衰）,并观察其临床疗效。方法：将87例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予振源胶囊、美托洛尔治疗,对照组仅给予美托洛尔治疗,观察用药前后心率、血压（BP）、左室内径（LVIDD）、左室收缩末期内径（LVDB）、左室射血分数（LVEF）以及心功能（NYHA分级）的变化。结果：多数患者心功能改善Ⅰ-Ⅱ级、心率和血压显著降低,LVDS显著缩小,LVEF明显增加,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;未见明显副作用。结论：振源胶囊联合应用美托洛尔治疗慢性心衰疗效好,有推广价值。

Effects of Zhenyuan Jiaonang combined with metoprolol in treatment of chronic heart failure of 66 patients

Objective： Clinical efficacy was observed about Zhenyuan Jiaonang metoprolol for the treatment of chronic heart failure patients. Methods： 87 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, the observation group were treated by Zhenyuan Jiaonang, metoprolol, control group were treated by metoprolol only. Observed the heart rate, blood pressure （BP）, left ventricular internal diameter （LVIDD）, left ventricular end systolic diameter （LVDB）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and cardiac function （NYHA classification） changes. Results： Most of the improvement of cardiac function in patients was a grade I-Ⅱlevel,heart rate and blood pressure decreased significantly, LVDS reduced significantly, LVEF increased significantly, the differences of the three between the two groups were significant, P 0.05,no significant side effects. Conclusion： The Zhenyuan Jiaonang combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure is effective and valuable.
