AO异形股骨髁支持钢板治疗C型髁部骨折的临床应用(附26例报告)

目的 介绍应用ＡＯ异形股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁部粉碎性骨折（Ｃ型）的经验，并对治疗结果进行评估。方法 采用前外侧切口，对于Ｃ２、Ｃ３型骨折一期植骨，术后常规对流冲洗３天，３日后行下肢功能康复锻炼器（ＣＰＭ）功能锻炼，２周后扶拐非负重行走，６～８周逐渐负重行走。结果 ２６例中，优１４例，良７例，可３例，差２例，优良率为８０．７％；随访时间６～２８个月（平均２０．５个月）。结论 ＡＯ异形股骨髁支持钢板

Clinical application of AO butress condyle plate for the treatment of femoral condyle fracture of C classification

Objectives To describe the experience and the results of AO butress Condyle plate in the treatment of femoral condyle fracture ( C classification). Methods twenty-six cases were treated with AO BCP. All the cases that belong to AO classification of C2,C3 were exerted bone grafe in procedure simultaneously applied to irrigation therapy and CPM device, which was applied to the early exercise post-operation. Two weeks post-operation the patient can do un-bearing exercise. Bearing exercise was admitted in 6-8 weeks later after operation. Results After 6 to 28 months (average 20.5 months), follow-up of these 26 cases, 14 were excellent, 7 were good, 3 were general and 2 were bad, the overall excellent rate was 80.7% . Conclusions The AO BCP is well designed, easy to compolish the internal fixation of complex femoral condyle fractures. The correct usage of BCP has the advantages of good reduction, reconseruction of articular surface. Rigid fixation and early exercise. To complex fractures of femoral condyle the fracture especially related to the articular surface, This is a good choice.
