| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院临床分离菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法用K-B法进行抗菌药物药敏试验。结果 2009年度分离株共3 699株,革兰阳性球菌占47.50%,革兰阴性杆菌占42.50%。MRSA和MRCNS分别为40.72%、75.94%。大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属产ESBLs率为76.67%和64.80%,产ESBLs株耐药率均比非ESBLs株高。MRS对各抗生素的耐药率显著高于MSS,未发现耐万古霉素株。粪肠球菌对多数药物的耐药率低于屎肠球菌。结论细菌耐药性呈增长趋势,应及早采取防控措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the resistance of clinical isolates from hospitals.Methods Bacterial susceptibility testing was carried by using Kirby Bauer method.Results A total of 3 699 clinical isolates was collected from January to December 2009,of which Gram negative organisms and Gram positive cocci accounted for 42.50%and 57.50% respectively.Methicillin resistant strains in S.aureus(MRSA) and coagulase negative staphylococcus(MRCNS) accounted for 40.72%and 75.94% respectively.Extended spectrum beta lactama... |
