| 摘 要： | 尽管溃疡性结肠炎的内科治疗已经取得了很大的进步．仍有相当一部分患者需要手术治疗。回肠储袋肛管吻合术（IPAA）在目前西方国家最为常用：回直肠吻合（IRA）仍有一定的临床应用价值。临床上对于手术方式的选择往往需要根据具体的临床情况、在患者充分知情同意后决定。

| Abstract: | Despite significant progress in medical therapy for ulcerative colitis, surgical intervention is still required in a portion of patients with ulcerative colitis. Ileal pouch-anal anastomosis has been commonly used in western countries, while ileorectal anastomosis may be appropriate in specific scenarios. The surgical decision should be made based upon the clinical situation and sufficient patient consent. |
