| 摘 要： | 互助献血是保障急救和临床医疗用血需求的一种特殊模式。需要卫生行政部门、医院输血科、血站等协调统一，共同做好互助献血的宣传与动员，并制定互助献血流程，实施血液严格检测，以确保血液质量与用血安全。

| Abstract: | Mutual blood donation aid is a special blood donation model to ensure the needs of emergency and clinical medicine.The harmonization of health administrative departments,hospital transfusion departments and blood banks are needed to jointly improve the policy advocacy and mobilization of mutual donation,to develop work-flow and to implement rigorous testing of blood to ensure blood quality and safe use of blood. |
