| Abstract: | The paper emphasized the importance of communication between patients,the community and various types of hospital staff.Different communication objects,timing,content and methods shoule be determined for effective communication to strive to improve service quality and protect medical safety.By taking positive and effective,multi-link communication measures to enable patients and the society to learn more about medical institutions and more trust in medical services. |
