| Abstract: | After adopted the JCI Accreditation Standards,we changed the situation on human resource management.We established a set standard of personnel allocation and usage,which promoted human resource management in a scientific and effective manner.It also improved quality of medical services and ensured patient safety,which gave us the opportunity to win the core competitiveness. |
