| 摘 要： | 为加强医院管理人员队伍建设,提高医院管理水平,亟须明确未来医院管理人员队伍发展的目标。本研究采用时间序列指数平滑模型,利用机构预测法预测了2015年和2020年医院所需管理人员数量。结果为:2015年和2020年医院管理人员所需数量分别为25.7万人和27.6万人,且在2011—2015年和2016—2020年间,每年医院管理人员新增数为3 894和3 820人。建议坚持培养和引进两条路径并重原则,逐步提高医院管理人员的素质和管理水平。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to set up the future development goal for hospital administrators in order to strengthen the development of the hospital administrators and improve the hospital management level.Results show that the required number of hospital administrators in 2015 and 2020 is 25.7 million and 27.6 million.The annual recruiting number of hospital administrators are 3 894 and 3 820 from 2011 to 2015 and from 2016 to 2020 respectively.With attaching great importance to both training and attracting specialize... |
