| 摘 要： | 目的:为卫生事业的城乡协调发展和区域协调发展提供决策依据.方法:以综合婴儿死亡率、5岁以下儿童死亡率和孕产妇死亡率等指标构建的健康水平综合指数作为健康水平的代表,以恩格尔系数作为生活水平的代表,从城乡健康水平和生活水平差距的关系角度,通过设定城乡虚拟变量拟合健康水平与生活水平差距的回归模型.结果:城市和乡村的健康水平存在不同、生活水平差距是导致健康水平差距的主要因素且健康水平差距与生活水平差距呈同方向变化关系.结论:从生活水平是健康水平的基础和前提,健康水平反过来也影响生活水平,提高农民的收入水平,推进农村经济社会发展等方面进行讨论并提出相应的对策建议.
