| 摘 要： | 为评价我国医疗费用增长情况,文章运用1991年-2008年全国卫生财务年报和中国统计年鉴等资料,定量分析发现:从需方角度来看,18年来我国医疗费用增长明显超过需方需求0.02～5.82个百分点,特别是过快增长的费用负担主要由个人一方承担,个人支出部分占50.1%,导致医疗需求平均萎缩高达8.1%。上述事实意味18年间45.3%的医疗费用增长不能合理解释。总之,我国医疗费用增长有失合理。 |

| Abstract: | To evaluate the appropriateness of China medical expenditure increase,this paper used data from 1991 -2008 China Statistical Yearbooks,etc.By quantitative analysis,it showed that the increase rate of China medical expenditure during 18 years was 0.02%～5.82%higher than that of residents＇ demands,and in particular residents＇ burden was 50.1%in China total health expenditure,which brought the health needs of residents decreased 8.1%.The above facts meant 45.3%inappropriate part of China medical expenditure increase couldn＇ t be explained neasonably.To sum up,the increase of China medical expenditure was inappropriate. |
