| 摘 要： | 为培养适应医院需求的应用型人才,实现护生早日顶岗实习的目标,调整护理专业教学计划,在完成课内实训任务的基础上,实习前对护理基本技术和项目技术分两个阶段进行集中实训.护理项目训练是在熟练掌握护理基本技术的情况下,引入人性化服务意识,把与"患者"沟通交流等同临床护理技能结合在一起,使"机械性"、"枯燥"的训练变得更加贴近临床实际,成为真实的职业化技能培训.同时,对技术及项目的训练引入考核机制,提高学生训练的积极性和主动性,经过三届学生的应用,收到较好的效果.

| Abstract: | In order to achieve the goal to cultivate application-oriented nursing talents,the nursing teaching plan was adjusted.Two parts as basic nursing technology and project technology were integrated in nursing skill training.Based on mastering the basic nursing technology,humanized service consciousness was introduced into nursing project training,in which the communication skill was combined with clinical nursing skills,so as to be closer to clinical practice.Meanwhile,evaluation mechanism was also introduced ... |
