| 摘 要： | 目的了解新疆地州级卫生监督机构的卫生人力资源现状,为今后合理配置地州级卫生监督人员提供依据。方法采用普查法对2009年新疆15所地州级卫生监督机构进行调查。结果 15所地州级卫生监督机构的人员编制426人,在岗人员数406人;学历构成以大专和本科学历为主分别占43.10%和34.98%,中专为21.43%,硕士研究生仅占0.49%,没有博士研究生;专业构成以预防专业为主占47.29%;年龄分布主要集中在36～45岁之间,比例为42.36%。结论新疆地州级卫生监督机构卫生人员数量偏少,整体素质与全国平均水平相差不大,但各地相差较大,具有研究生学历的人员明显不足。增加地州级卫生监督机构人员配置,引进、培养高素质的卫生监督人才是解决问题的途径。 |
