| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定白辛颗粒中欧前胡素的含量。方法色谱柱C18,流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),检测波长248nm。结果线性范围0.062～1.24μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.65%,RSD=1.84%。结论本法灵敏、准确、快速,可用于白辛颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Imperatorin in Baixin Granules.Methods The chromatographic conditions were as following C_18 colum,mobile phrase of methanol-water (65∶35),and the detective wavelength at 248nm.Results The linear range was 0.062～1.24μg (r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.65% and RSD was 1.84%. Conclusion The HPLC method is sensitive,accurate and rapid.It can be used to control the quality of Baixin Granules. |
