脑囊虫病患者急性期癫痫发作与脑脊液中一氧化氮水平的关系

摘    要:目的 检测脑囊虫病患者急性期脑脊液中NO的含量,探讨NO与癫痫的关系。方法 采用显色剂法检测脑囊虫病患者癫痫组、非癫痫组和对照组脑脊液中的NO的含量。结果 脑囊虫病患者急性期脑脊液中NO的含量显著高于对照组,癫痫组显著高于非癫痫纽。结论 NO参与脑囊虫病的发病过程,并可能与癫痫的发病机制有关。

Abstract:Objective To detect the level of nitric oxide(NO)in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in acute period patients with cerebral cysticercosis,and study the relationship between NO and epilepsy.Methods The level of NO in these patients of epilepsy group, non epilepsy group and contrast group was detected by Griess method. Results The level of NO in cerebrospinal fluid in cerebral cysticercosis group is higher than that in contrast group, and that of epilepsy group is higher than that of non epilepsy group.Conclusion NO is concerned with pathogenesis of cerebral cysticercosis and is related to pathogenesis of epilepsy.
