c－myc癌基因在原发皮肤恶性黑色素瘤中的扩增与表达

目的：为探讨c—myc癌基因在恶黑中的扩增与表达。方法：采用原位杂交和免疫组化法检测了c—myc癌基因的扩增和p62myc的表达。结果：发现恶黑中无c—myc扩增。无转移的浸润性恶黑中，p62myc阳性率为82．14％，伴淋巴结转移的浸润性恶黑阳性率为83．33％。两者间无显著差异。但两者表达强度分别为80．00％和57．17％，伴淋巴结转移组高于无转移组。结论：p62myc高强度表达可能与恶黑转移有关。

C- myc Oncogene Amplification and Expression in Primary Skin Melanoma

Objective:To study the level of c-myc oncogene amplification and p62myc expression in skin primary malignant melanoma.Methods:c-myc oncoge neamplification and p62myc expression were examined by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization respectively.Results:The positive rate of p62myc was 82.14%in tumor tissue without lymphaden metastasis but it was 83.33%in no metastatic malignant melanoma.There was no sufficient difference between two groups.The expressed intensity in this two group were 80% and 57.17% respectively.The expressed intensity of the group with lymphaden metastasis was higher than that of the other one Conclusion:p62myc high intensity expression maybe involved in the metastasis of malignant melanoma.
