医院麻醉科综合管理中的伦理问题及对策

随着新设备、新药物、新技术的不断更新,医院麻醉科实现规范化、标准化、制度化、有序化和特色化的综合管理很有必要.对此应重视人才培养、学科发展、文化建设,建立完善的管理制度,把人性化管理与制度化管理相结合,注重过程管理；实行主治医师负责制管理模式；营造良好的学术氛围,创建重点学科；采用“透明手术”,增加医患信任;重视麻醉科的文化建设和文化生活.

Ethical Issues and Countermeasures in the Comprehensive Management of Department of Anesthesiology

With the constant development of new equipment,new drug,new technology,it is necessary for department of anesthesiology to realize standardization,systematism,orderliness and characteristic.Thus it needs to attach importance to personnel training,discipline development,cultural construction,to perfect management system and combine humanistic management with systemic management;to perform the management mode of attending physician responsibility system;build a good academic atmosphere,create key disciplines;carry out "transparent operation",increase the doctor-patient trust;pay attention to the cultural construction and cultural life of department of anesthesiology.
