医护人员心理健康研究进展及伦理学对策

由于对医学人文关怀的片面认识、突发公共卫生事件、医学特殊的服务对象、不规律的倒班以及缺乏社会支持,使得医护人员长期处于精神紧张的状态,易产生如焦虑、抑郁和人际关系不协调等一系列身心问题,严重影响了他们的生活和工作。为提高医护人员的心理健康水平,提升医务人员的价值感,需加强健康伦理教育;建立有效的医患沟通渠道;开展心理健康评估及教育活动;注重对医务工作者的人文关怀。

Research Progress and Ethical Countermeasures of Mental Health of Medical Workers

Factors such as one-sided understanding about medical humanities concern,public health emergencies,special medical service objects,irregular shifts and lack of social supports,make medical workers are in a long time the state of mental stress,which may cause a series of mental disorders,such as anxiety,depression,and bad interpersonal relationship and so forth,all of these problems could affect their quality of life and the quality of work.In order to improve the medical workers’ mental health level,enhance their value feelings,it needs to strengthen health ethics education;to establish an effective doctor-patient communication channel;conduct psychological health assessment and education activities;to pay great attention to the medical workers with humanistic concern.
